Title: Planten | presumably Clavija lancifolia (Primulaceae)

This one is called in "Saamaka" (wang hedi) one of the maroon language which means "one head" but I would like to get some help with his botanical name

I think the Saamaka name is missing?

Also, a better photo of the flowers / fruits would be helpful. ;)

Hello Vally,
I believe the plant is Clavija lancifolia.
To make it sure I would like a close up of the flowers (even if it comes out blurry).
