Hello Alies,

This tree frog is definitely a Hyla leucophyllata, also known as Dendropsophus leucophyllatus. This is a nocturnal species of up to 5 cm. It is rather common in large parts of the Guianas. According to the literature the chanting of the males is some kind of metallic rattling.
