I found this really-long-toed frog at Cola Creek camp (near Zanderij airport) in February '17.

ID would be appreciated!

Kind regards,
Klaas

Hi Klaas,

I always find these hard to name... I found a few of them before, and think it is Leptodactylus validus, however maybe someone more experienced can verify this.

Hope this helps!

Only with the specimen inhand I woulçd dare an identification. The photo is not good enough for an identificatioon. Again, a picture of the belly might help. Also could be L. petersii
