We found this cicada (i think it is) last week near Fredberg in Suriname. Any ideas?

This beauty belongs the family Cercopidae. These are commonly called froghoppers in English, with the name "cicada" reserved for the members of the family Cicadidae (which are very noisy during the day). I have no more precise ID available. It may even, like many of the smaller insect species living in the tropics, be undescribed. :)
