The quality of your photo is not too great, but we may still get to a name. I think it could be helpful if you would repost your second photo but with the whole abdomen visible. There may be some pattern on it.

I have uploaded a better quality picture of the unknown spider from my home pc now.
Hope somebody has a clue what species it is!

I'm almost 100% sure that your spider is a female Heteropoda venatoria (Sparassidae). This is one of several species that gets the common name "bananenspin" in The Netherlands. Even though it has a painful bite, it is not considered dangerous to humans. 8)
