Another very weird looking | nymph of Fulgoridae

looks pretty similar to my previous post of the stickinsectgrasshopperprayingmatis, but now very small and with very bright colors.

Any clues?

I can see few details, but because of its posture I'm almost certain this in the nymph of some species in the family Fulgoridae (the lantern bearers) in the order Hemiptera and suborder Auchenorrhyncha. These beasties can sport all kinds of weirdly elongated heads.
