Fabaceae next to the beach | Indigofera microcarpa (Faboideae)
« on: Fri, 23 August 2019, 10:55:24 PM »
A couple of days ago I photographed this plant growing on the sand just off the beach in Suriname. The entire plant completely covered several square meters, but it was at most 30cm high in the center. I haven't been able to find a name for it yet, despite looking in Guide de la flore des bords de mer de Guyane fran├žaise and de website www.floredeguyane.piwigo.com. Who helps me to get it further down than just Fabaceae?

Cheers, Auke

Thank you so much!

Not in the beach book, not on your website, not in a small Surinamese book with common weeds ("Fa joe kan tak' mi no moi"). That makes in difficult for me. :-\
